Please note this form is for Ness trade account sim cards only. These are sim cards being invoiced on your Ness trade account and not sim card being billed by PayPal or Direct Debit.
All deactivations are processed and verified by a human, so please allow time for the sim card to be deactivated and only submit the cancellation once per sim card.
