BILLING
Payment is handled either by Direct debit or by PayPal depending on what you choose during the online activation. It’s the customers responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds for the payment to be processed. If we are unable to process a payment then we will notify you and if we can’t process the payment the second time within 10 days we have the option to deactivate the sim card.
PayPay Billing
Monthly retail billing for PayPal commences from 1 day after the date of activation.
You will need a working PayPal account with sufficient funds and facility for recurring monthly payments.
It is the customers responsibility to update new/existing credit cards or bank accounts in the PayPal subscriptions section in PayPal before the payment is due.
By paying by PayPal you agree to:
a. You have read and agree to the PayPal Agreements.
b. The information you have provided is true and correct.
c. You understand that you are agreeing to a contract with ongoing payments.
Direct Debit / Credit Card Billing
Direct debit payments are processed on the 30th of each month, unless it falls on a public holiday or weekend then it will be processed on the next business day. The direct debit payment in February will be processed the first business day in March.
We don’t accept American Express or Discover Cards, and only accept Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit cards only.
By paying by direct debit or Credit Card you agree to:
a. You have read and agree to the Direct Debit Terms & Conditions.
b. The information you have provided is true and correct.
c. You understand that you are agreeing to a contract with ongoing payments.
SIM LOCK
The SIM card must not be removed from the device which it is supplied in and used in another device.
CANCELLATION
Ness SIM plans have no lock-in contracts so you can opt out anytime.
AGREEMENT
By submitting this form you agree to the following conditions and understand that your SIM Plan will be billed monthly via PayPal or Direct Debit.
CONDITIONS
Fair Use restrictions may be applied in the event of excessive or abnormal usage patterns such as that caused by a fault condition, a runaway device or a ‘hijacked’ device. Ness will alert the customer to abnormal use or activity by email or by phone using the contact details provided at the time of activation. If the fault condition persists and/or the customer cannot be contacted Ness reserves the right to suspend the SIM service to prevent network congestion or flooding of the recipient’s phone with excessive calls or SMS messages. A suspended service will be re-activated as soon as possible once Ness determines that the network or customer equipment fault/s have been rectified. Ness Sim cards are not to be used in mobile phones, or used as a house phone, and only to be used with Ness alarm and medical products.
LIMITATIONS
Ness SIM cards are for use only with selected Ness alarm products for security monitoring and medical monitoring purposes. The SIM card must not be removed or installed in any other Ness or third party product.
Ness SIM cards are not recommended for use in lifts or other non-stationary situations, and are not intended for industrial use.
The system must be tested weekly to verify cellular reception and correct operation.
